Amazing! Everyone from the Reception to the Concierges were outstanding. Marco and Daniel (concierges) go above and beyond to help the guests! Dafne in the reception and everyone else treated me exceptionally! Love this place.

Check in process was a little bad. Got told check in was at 3pm and then later got told that room wasn't going to be ready until 7pm. We had to be pushy with the receptionist until they gave us the room like around 4:30. If we were not pushy they would've given it to us until 7pm

Perhaps the best hotel in the San Jeronimo/Pedregal area. Modern, well appointed. Full service restaurant with awesome breakfast buffet. Will return again.
