Nice historic property. Stay was not super amazing, but it was clean and just historic. We felt safe staying here. The property was in the middle of everything, so nice to be central. Staff was always out front, which helped with feeling safe. Bathroom was very small and fine, but definitely not modern or nice.

This is a very old property, but very impressive. It looks like a museum. The room was spacious and comfortable. The service was good and the location was awesome, close to everything.

Common areas are spectacular, rooms OK.

This is a beautiful hotel, clearly with a lot of history. The (basic) rooms are pretty dull, and could do with a refurb, and I wasn't too impressed that we (and other customers) were still made to wait 30 mins for our room to be made available, even turning up at 5pm. The hotel offered 2 soft drinks by way of apology. The location isn't bad - the immediate area is full of nightlife (but didn't impact noise in the room) if that's your thing, and it's a 10-30min walk to Roma / La Condesa, and a 30min bus+metro trip to Centro.

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Geneve. The facilities are really nice. I love the beautiful lobby area where they display the memorabilia of famous hotel guests such as Winston Churchill etc. the interior is sumptuous fit for a king. I highly recommend it.

We recommend a stay despite some flaws. Check in was very good and the staff very helpful. This historic hotel has an old world charm. Our room was huge, with antique style furniture. The bed was quite comfy and our room was quiet for sleeping. The bathroom is a bit small, but functions fine, and we loved being able to take a bath. Lighting for the bathroom mirror was inadequate to really do make-up or shave. The room needed a little polish-carpets needed a steam cleaning and the shades on lamps were in need of replacement. Room services were good.
