Great location and fully renovated hotel from halls to rooms and restrooms. Close enough to walk to el zocalo and tour operators. The gym was supposed to be available every day from 7 to 9 Pm , but had to go to reception to sign in and get gym open at around 8:30am

Overall the room was great, it was very quiet and very modern. The only downside is that there was no shampoo or bath soap provided and when asked we were told there were none available because their shipment didn’t arrive.

I had higher expectations for this hotel given the price I paid. Unfortunately, my stay was disrupted by a constant banging noise coming from the roof every couple of minutes, as if metal parts were hitting each other. It made it very difficult to relax and completely ruined my sleep. For the cost, I expected a much more comfortable and restful experience.

This is an excellent property, close to a lot of interesting places like Bella’s artes, El Zocalo, among others. Very clean and comfortable rooms. The service from the moment you walk in to your checkout is great.
