My room is very nice and I am paying for it. However I have no internet connection and this drives me crazy. The breakfast that is included does not taste good. The service is very nice on another hand, the workers are super nice. I love this hotel but I need my internet. Breakfast I can do without.

Excellent hotel

It was an amazing experience being in the historic center. Hotel is very close to many tourist attractions and walking distance to shopping and authentic food places too. Zocalo Central and Rooftop hotel has a great restaurant where there is a great view of the Center/Zocalo Square. Staff made the experience even better as they are all very welcoming, warm and friendly. Shout out to the bellhop service, Antonio, Raul and Daniel, the concierge service and the front desk service, Ivan and Christina. Thank you very much.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and taken care of. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the Zócalo with stunning views of the historic square and cathedral. It made exploring the city so convenient and enjoyable.

Great value for the price. We didn’t expect the complimentary 24hr Cafe. Lots of delicious options to choose from. Located in a centralized historical location however I wouldn’t walk the streets by myself once the sun sets. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Excelente lugar para hospedarse se encuentra perfectamente ubicado para que puedas visitar los lugares más turísticos de la Ciudad de México se encuentra ubicado en una de las esquinas del zócalo con restaurantes en la terraza donde puedes contemplar el zócalo de noche, su personal muy amable, cuentan con su propia agencia de turismo, te ofrecen diferentes viajes, personalmente te recomiendo el viaje a las pirámides de Teotihuacán

This is my favorite hotel, but as right now there is 10,000+ people protesting on the zocalo so the hotel is surrounded by protesters tents and makes it very difficult to walk around, the closest the taxi could get to the hotel was 3 blocks away This is not the hotels fault but i think possible guests should know about it

Zocalo Central is the hotel you want to stay at when visiting Mexico City. It’s located in the heart of the historic center and directly across from the cathedral and zocalo. You can easily walk to museums, parks, and restaurants by foot or catch a hop-on hop-off bus near by to visit attractions or other neighborhoods that are a bit further way from the historic center. Your stay at this hotel includes an amazing daily buffet breakfast and free food and drink (some exceptions) at their cafe. Food is delicious! The staff at this hotel is also very kind and helpful. The service we received from Cristina (front desk), Anayeli (housekeeping), and Raúl (bellman) made our most recent stay wonderful. If you are planning a visit to this amazing city, Zocalo Central Hotel will not disappoint.

Excellent location steps away from the Zocalo & the Cathedral. Lots of restaurants and stores near by. Had drinks up at the rooftop restaurant-very nice ambiance and views. Breakfast was very good.
