Absolutely loved our stay here! Even extended for 2 extra nights! Staff is amazing, big shoutout to Fernando who was a great host that welcomed us! Procesco was served at our arrival which was a pleasant surprise and an extra touch my boyfriend and I really appreciated. The rooms are lovely, the beds are super comfortable and air conditioning was a plus! Overall the amenities were amazing with restaurants, bars and a fun lounge/pool area. + dogs are allowed! (We will definitely bring ours next time). The hotel is like a campus with outside pathways that connects you between the buildings. Walking around is fun and super quaint and surprising how well organized it is. The cherry on top were the reserved beach beds which made such difference to our vacation and only a 5 minute walk from the beach. For the price you’re paying this is an outstanding stay and will recommend to whoever is visiting Miami. Don’t hesitate, book here !

Great hotel but slow service

Was a great stay. Location was perfect. Place was very clean and artsy. Only problem was that room service was very slow. Took a while to get new towels, utensils or even an ironing board with an iron. Still overall a great hotel.

I liked the location and style of the hotel. It felt like I was in Spain/ Middle East. Nice smelling lobby. Española Way is basically part of the property so there are many dining options. I appreciate the amenity and card I received. The only thing is the room I had with a terrace was missing an iron/ ironing board but it was delivered quickly. Otherwise I would stay again.

Customer service was terrible. My friends would sometimes ask for water at the lobby and the front desk would refuse to fill up the water, as they didn’t want to leave their desk. Room service and any additional room related requests were delayed, if completed at all. Complementary champagne that was included in our booking was never provided, even when they repeatedly stated they would throughout our stay. The hotel was beautiful, the service was not.
