I call Mia Rental 20 minutes right after check in, to request a change of unit because the apartment wasn’t safe for my elderly sisters… unit was filty one of my sisters hit her head with a lower wall going to a seating area… looks like they were repaired celing leaving cement…air conditioning wasn’t working, lights didn’t work..it was very far from elevator.. you pass by filty gym equipment We couldn’t stay there .. i call and explain the situation they told me the didn’t have any other unit available since i book to ecpecia the told me to call expidia and ask for a refund expedia told meMiarental have to refund me…

Very difficult to communicate. Everyone there spoke ONLY SPANISH.the building is in poor repair and rooms where completely different. Elevators broke down twice and we where on the 15th floor.at one time It was a beautiful place.too bad all owners took different responsibilities as owners.

Issues with the ac left the room warm and maintenance tried to gaslight and say it was fine. There were fleas jumping around as well. If you had an issue with the room, you had to go out of your way and call maintenance yourself. Valet took around 10+ minutes to get your vehicle(at a non busy time). The water pressure was very weak and for hot water, you had to keep it on the cold setting. The tv channels did not work at all. Would not recommend coming to this place unless you want to be highly inconvenienced.

Property was not as listed. Was told there were three queen beds. Only had two queens and one very broken down cot. Kitchen light not working properly. Dirty in the apartment. Air conditioning control sketchy. Have to have it on heat to make it cool??? After MANY calls to hotel management and Expedia some things were sort of fixed and we were promised a $50 credit. Never got the credit. Will never go back.

Started with long lines to valet park your car. Then overworked and cranky clerk couldn't find our 2nd room reservation. Once in room, every imaginable accessory is failing from lack of maintenance. Nightmare. Started with long lines at valet parking. Next with uncaring check in clerk that couldn't find our 2nd room and wouldn't move a muscle to clarify with unit's owner. After several hours, finally entered our unit to find every imaginable accesory, electrical, mechanical or plumbing requiring maintenance hanging by a thread. Never so much maintenance neglect in a unit. Beware.

Old building on Collins Ave. Not a luxury experience at all. It’s clean (meaning no roaches) and it’s on Collins Ave. Valet parking was good, the wait was not that bad. I might go back there for a solo trip. No way for a family trip.

The pool area and RikiTiki Bar were awesome. The little shops inside were convenient. The location and beach access were very nice. The room reeked of mold and mildew which made staying in the actual room an uncomfortable experience. This hotel should not offer valet. Their system is not efficient. I heard of people missing their flights, and it was just a long and painful process that cut into precious vacation time just to access or use your vehicle.
