For a “5 Star hotel” this sure is rough. Hallways are all scratched up. When I arrived to the room there were stains on the carpet floor, hair in the shower. Requested to change rooms due to uncleanliness and it’s took hours. Once I was placed in another room after buying the one with an ocean front view I was stuck behind a palm tree with no view. Very disappointed at this stay.

We were constantly disturbed by cleaning employees every day/ couple if times a day and we had to tell them not to come in when the sign is on the door and still they walked in waking on us dressing up etc… The night club was nice, but the DJ played very poorly and music was for 2hours the same!!! People were leaving very quickly. Just disappointing for entrance fee of $180 and not being satisfied or even possible to dance!!! Expected more in regards of the quality!!!

Hotels provide good service. Except house keeping is poor. Cleaning the room half done. One trash not emptied, ashtray not being cleaned, we have a kitchen, we only left a few glasses dirty and not being cleaned. Despite we left $20 dollars tips for the staff in the room. Many appliances in poor condition. I mentioned it at check out. The staff only said: “Oh!”. And not mentioned they will be fixed for future guests.

Parking was $78 a night which was not advertised anywhere and a $75 credit was only for the whole day so I ended up paying a lot of money in parking alone. The room had no robes. Other than that our stay was very good.
