The room we got did not have a beach front view as requested. Although, our room was ready earlier than expected. Felt like the tower we stayed in is for 3rd party guests.

Valet is supposed to be a max of roughly $60 per night and they said because I drive a truck it was going to be $150 per night. When I asked the staff and the resort they claimed the valet was independent from the hotel and nothing could be done. Nowhere does it say valet is $150 per night.

Grand Sanatra Suite was huge, a little outdated ,but very tidy. Should provide more amenities for that price. The staff hardly had any contact, surprisingly there was no over the phone checkout
