Room was clean- would prefer a free water bottle or two and access to an ice machine. The elevators were slow and often out of order. Pool service very good even when crowds were large. Food at pool not good at all- I was surprised at the poor quality and high cost. They did allow us to get into room several hours early which was great. Overall, a nice stay.

There is no coffee machine in the room, and there is no option to borrow one. Have to stand in a long line for coffee, and the swimming pools close at 6:00pm. No complimentary bottled water in the room for $550* price per night, feels not right.

Everything about this hotel is great. Only I feel what I had was. I upgraded my room to ocean view. Beautiful views .. only issue was my room has a water leak near the vent where the air conditioner was and the carpet was soaked when I got out of bed every day . Also be sure to check ur bil when u leave I was double charged for. Parking in error but It was fixed and the people In Front of me was complaining about the same thing .also front desk allowed someone to walk in front of me me In line after we waited 30 mins to check out all because they appeared to be wealthy. I politely said excuse me the line is in the back and told front desk I was next and they just shrugged their shoulders and took her Key . I spent over 5 grand in 3 1/2 days there I should have been treated better than that other people in line complained too because they were waiting and just got ignored . Other than that it’s a great time!

amenities are good, but the room is extremely old and broken parts are everywhere. The staffs are so incredibly inefficient, one example is that we waited so long for drinks ordered at beach and the lady kept us waiting, forgot to bring back our room key after that, meanwhile a bunch of other staffs jus chatting at the station

The room was dirty, gross and smelled like mildew. They never cleaned it after several requests. Then my daughter developed an allergic reaction to the sheets and the staff was not helpful at all besides offering a $100 credit. I am so disappointed in this hotel and I request to get an Expedia credit for future because this was a terrible terrible stay and wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

I choose another hotel based on review. I changed on day of arrival to Fontainbelue and let me tell you, hotel is clean , nice , friendly staff and so many things to offer .. it is expensive but everything in south beach is expensive . This is one of the best place I have taken my family to ( we are 6 ,, my 4 kids loved the resort )

The rooms in the Chateau were nice modern and clean. The pool area was a lot of fun and a great place to relax. The refresh room after you have checked out the last day is a great tool to be able to use the pools on the last afternoon.
