Not happy about the Expedia Option for breakfast that doesnt actually get you anything. The hotel staff then tried to double charge me and wouldnt recognize my booking through expedia until after i argued and made a scene. Everything after that was fine.

Had to wait 24 hours for our air conditioning to be fixed. Was offered an alternative room after 3 attempts of requesting it to be fixed, but due to how late it was to pack up and move we declined. Staff not very friendly or helpful. For the price we would have expected more from this hotel.

The pool and Jacuzzis were closed for my entire stay, in the middle of the night. The electricity went out in the room and they didn’t come to fix it till the morning.

After our initial check in hiccups, we were expecting the rest of the stay to be smooth. Unfortunately, that was not the case. In particular, housekeeping was a disaster. I had to call at least 3 times and it took hours to get simple robes delivered to our room. Yesterday, I called for them to clean our room at about 1230pm. When we returned at 615pm, the room was still dirty. I then called and asked for towels as we needed to shower and get ready for our dinner reservation. After an hour, I called again and requested again. It took over an hour and a half to get towels. As a result, we were forced to use our dirty towels that we left on the floor because we expected the room to be cleaned that day. It seems that every time I call housekeeping, they don’t understand what I’m saying and can’t communicate properly. They always have to ask me my room number and name even though it shows up on their phone. Lastly, we brought our own steamer and now the bag and one of the connector pieces is missing. Just overall a pretty horrible experience here and won’t be staying here again.

Absolutely amazing. So many good places to eat. Atmosphere was top notch. View was gorgeous and beach access is the best. Only downside is the pool and hot tub closes at dusk.
