The property staff was so overwhelmed that literally nothing worked properly. No bellman. Luggage misplaced, WiFi not working, phones not working, AC not working. Even the door key did not work - Unfortunate.

We love coming here. Its a gorgeous property with everything you need. The restaurants are expensive, and fabulous. There are great more affordable options within walking distance. You wont be disappointed.

Room wasn’t ready until 6pm. Once checked into the hotel the hotel room was terrible. For a 5 star hotel I’ve seen better rooms at the holiday inn. Bathroom was pealing. Carpet was smelling moldy. And view was awful. Mind you I received an email to upgrade my room to a better ocean view and I paid extra for it. Was a terrible experience. I didn’t even end up staying in the hotel I left and booked an Airbnb near by. A much better experience. I stayed the Vegas fountain blue and it was truly a 5 star experience which is why I decided to book here. It was very disappointing.

Everything needed was on the property except a Miami souvenir shop. Meals and drinks were a little pricey be sure to bring extra money. Room and facility was clean. Overall everything was good will stay again.

elevators didnt work all the time .Lines were annoying . To make matters worse , work crews polishing floors took out 1 of the only 2 working elevators out of a bank of 4 . instead of polishing late night , they worked at 10pm on busy night, totally idisregarding the long lines of patrons / guest . When i checked in , I was iffered an uogarde to a full.ocean view and balciny for a total.of $1,400 extra for my 7 night stay. i agreed but when i got to my room , other than a balcony , it was still.a partial ocean view instead of full. ocean view i was promised . Ive stayed at the hotel at least 5 times iver the past 2 years and although there are inconviniences , we keep.ciming back because we love the pools and the energy of the resort.

Great property with good amenities and most of the the staff were very nice. There were lip marks on the glasses left in our room which was gross but other than that everything else was fairly clean. Food and drinks on the property were expensive so I ended up eating elsewhere for the most part.

Overall, we had a fantastic visit. The resort was immaculately clean and your staff were exceptionally friendly. We especially appreciated the ease of communication via text, which made coordinating our needs very convenient. One notable incident occurred on the night of March 17th. Late that evening, we were awoken by your staff regarding a fire alarm. We understand the importance of safety, and we were pleased with how promptly and professionally the situation was handled. Once the matter was resolved, we were able to resume our night without further disruption. Thank you for your commitment to guest service and safety. We look forward to future visits.

Loved it had a wonderful time at the beach and pool. Service wish could use some better communication with front desk etc. took 1 hour to get 2 blankets and pillows delivered to our room. Vegas property is awesome as well.
