I wanted to love this resort. It’s big and expensive. The beach was crowded due to how the staff packed people into one area as opposed to spreading guests out for a better experience and water views. There was trash on the beach. The room did not have a usable fridge, only one stocked with expensive items to buy. There was also not a coffeemaker in the room. The pools closed at dusk which was annoying. The resort is enormous so nothing is quick or close. I would opt for a boutique hotel or a VRBO on our next visit to Miami.

Hot tub was not as warm as it could have been. Pool seemed warmed one day but not the next. Beach staff should be able to be tipped by an app as one rarely carries cash on a beach. Chez Bon Bon was the best! More histoey should be shatef like which room Elvis performed in, where certain stars stood during a film, etc.

I came to the fontainebleau on 12-19-25 to celebrate my birthday. The refrigerator did not work for 2 days. I called the front desk and I spoke with the manager and I told her that I really needed for the refrigerator to be fixed because I had seafood that needs to stay cold. She sent someone to my room to fix the refrigerator and the guy came and he said that he fixed it. I put my food in the refrigerator and the next morning my food had spoiled because the refrigerator still did not work. I called the front desk again and they sent someone else. He came and said that the refrigerator had gon completely out so he went to get another one and when he came back he could not get the old refrigerator out so, he had to leave the refrigerator in the middle of the floor and my husband tripped on it safety hazard. We had use of refrigerator 1 day of our stay. The maid did not knock on our door she just used her key and opened our room door and we were in bed. The next day we were on the balcony having coffee and I got up and to go to the bathroom and the maid was in our room cleaning up with out letting us know that she was in our room and we had our purse and wallet out on the counter. I felt really violated and disrespected. We are VIP members at this resort and we did not get the same experience as other guest. I called the front desk and I asked for the manager and I was told that she was in a meeting and she never called. I called back again spoke with Athina she was terrible.

Was in Tressor Suite. Beach and Bayview was amazing. The drinks at the bars were very expensive but did not disappoint. Room was clean and ready when I arrived. Access to the beach was easy and quick. Dis on deck at the poolside and bar. I will definitely be back.

Extremely loud techno music was playing for hours in the lobby and terrible noise but did change my room. Service at the pool was very slow otherwise a fun place, in a nice location and nice selection of restaurants inside. Pool was pretty and fun.

Beach access was very easy although you have to be out very early to get a spot. Check in and out is lengthy. Lots of children! The staff at the beach were great. But I would not stay again.
