Overall stay was pleasant. The building is very nice and well kept, however it’s about 25 mins by car from Ocean and Wynwood. The biggest disappoint was (1) the bedroom having no window as it was in the middle of the apartment and (2) a lack of hot water and (3) no early check in even after requesting it several days in advance and multiple times. Wasted 7 hrs waiting for our room. Doubt I’d book again

The property is ok. But if you won't store luggage if you arrive early, or if you have an early checkout and later flight, youre better off going elsewhere. Also, there's no bar food at the pool area as they described. I think they mentioned it's 'seasonal', which is not helpful.

The place was great, we traveled with two young kids and were very comfortable. The property is professionally managed with on-site staff. They were very responsive throughout our stay and we got service within minutes. The beach is a short walk, the pool is amazing with chairs and cabanas. The front desk staff was extremely helpful as well. Very easy to get food and groceries delivered, Uber is available easily for getting around. There area isn't fancy so you'll have to take a 20 minute drive to get to the nicer places, but it's not sketchy or dangerous either. Very comfortable with kids, would do it again.
