First somone check in on my wife name so the room was given to a different person. Then they asign her a room, when she arrived the room the card did not work, she went down to get it fixed, when she went back to the room the card worked but there was people on the room already, went back down and when finally she got a room the AC did' nt worked.

The front desk staff did not know if they had transportation shuttle from the airport. I called when my flight landed and waa plsced on hopd and transfered several times. I then unered to the hotel. Thevsake staffvwho transferred me was there and offered me fee breakfast (which was the best paty of the stay). The room!!!! Horrible, crumbs onnthe desk, dirty q-tip on the floor, hair in the tub..dirty floor!!! Disguisting! Sheila, the manager gave me my $11.39 fee back and 20% off. Ok. Nice gesture. Id never stsy there again. Very disappointing.

The room was very good . The shuttle drivers need to be more careful about their time schedule . I waited for more than 90 minutes waiting for the shuttle at the airport. When i called the hotel . They transferred me to the shuttle service supervisor and he said that its free service and i could just go and take an uber and not to wait for the shuttle!! And he was rude ! I am sorry but this is not a free service, i paid for it . I paid the full price for the room and that’s included. If your hotel didnt have the shuttle service i would mot book the room and go to another hotel who has it ! Over all the hotel was good but the shuttle service need a professional workers

way too much traffic in the area, and it's a bit confusing getting to hotel as there is so much traffic coming from dif directions. However, the parking is good in the hotel grounds, I parked in the covered parking area, great to keep the car cool.
