The A/C in our room was not working well, and we were told it was because we were on the top floor. Maintenance did "take a look" and then provided us with 1 standing fan. In Miami summer, this really was not acceptable. The overall hotel room was fine, but not well kept - room cleaning did not happen every day. The elevators, lobby area and eating area were outdated and dirty

The A/C was not good, the room doesnt was cool. They need better cleaning.the carpets don't look clean. I think, their should put microwave in the room is more convenient for people going with kids. Closeness to food places. However the gym was horrible, there was water leaking in the gym and towels were left over the floor to soak up the water. Still tried to used the treadmills - none or them worked! The housekeeping service was early - by 9.30 they were knocking to do housekeeping and they did not leave enough towels for two person
