Coffee and breakfast please Better wait staff in restaurant Why make everyone wait in a long line to check in and announce rooms are not ready until 3pm. Then the receptionist come upstairs to let us know we can check in before our lunch! Would e nice to have an enclosed lobbyfor guests The bathroom would look more luxurious with more towels Sometimes with two in the room we might take two showers and wash our hair A couple luggage racks on the room would be nice We used a chair and then had no place to sit

Staff was nice but not enough on duty to cover the volume and the rooms were in poor shape / clearly have not been updated or properly maintained for years. The toilet was like one in a public restroom. Would only stay here for convenience. It looks like the place hadn’t had a dime spent on it since the 1990’s.

In the uk this would be a 2 star hotel. It met its service in that we just needed a bed for the night after a late flight however it was old, tired and not very clean. Needs a refresh.
