The room was impressively clean and modern. Despite being located inside the terminal, it was so quiet that I completely forgot I was in an airport. While the hotel lacks a traditional lobby and some standard amenities, the sheer convenience more than makes up for it. For my 4:20 AM boarding time, staying here was a game-changer—it gave me two extra hours of sleep and saved me the hassle and cost of an Uber from an offsite location.

If they could simply say - We are located by Door 11 in Baggage Claim. There are NO signs in the airport to suggest the hotel exists.

It was a good place to stay if you have a long layover or a late night flight. It is expensive and the only places to eat are within the airport. For some unknown reason the hotel does not allow baggage carts to be brought to the room - so guest are forced to use bellhop service. I think I was lucky, but I found the hotel easily after my flight.

They could use more/better signage in the airport! We had a very hard time finding the entrance to the hotel! Walked and walked all over, asked people, and still could not find it. Finally did after asking a fifth person.
