Overpriced hotel, $300 a night for a bed and a bathroom. We have stayed in this hotel before because of the convenience of not having to drive to the airport early or late at night, you get off the plane and it’s right inside the airport, but it’s really overpriced for the size and condition of the room. Last time we paid somewhere around $200 for a couple of nights and it was a little messy because it was under construction, this time we paid the $300 thinking that after all the upgrades was going to be better, not much changed except for few minor cosmetic upgrades.

Staff was not great, room was sub par for a suite, no microwave or fridge. Staff kept telling me that check in wasn't till 3pm, but seen they were checking other guests in. Sat in the airport all day. Was not impressed at all. They didn't seem to care at all that my husband and I were sitting there. Wanted us to downgrade to normal room.

The room was spacious, staff very helpful and room amazingly quiet. The only negative is not having cups that are glass for the bathroom and coffee. Having Cuban espresso was great though!

This hotel is extremely outdated and felt neglected. 2 out of the 3 elevators didn’t work, the room was small, old and it was the first hotel I’ve ever stayed in that do not have a mini fridge. I am pretty easy to please but for the price paid, this hotel was not worth it. I’ve literally stayed in Motel 6 locations that were nicer than this. It’s unfortunate for a hotel that’s actually in an Airport property. No let’s talk about the restaurant. Prices are high and the service was non existent. You have to seat yourself, the server came and dropped to menus off, didn’t take a drink order and just walked away. We waited for awhile and as we looked around, everyone that was there looked upset, no food on tables, the people at the bar where the only ones that seemed happy. So after waiting for a while longer with nothing, we just got up and left. The whole experience was crappy for the amount of money paid. The airport is very outdated also, one would expect more from Miami.
