The hotel is well located for restaurants bars and supplies but the immediate environs contain a a few very rundown properties and associated homeless folks. The rooms are smaller but very comfortable and the bathroom and shower are very nice. All of the facilities are not open due to renovations which result in noise and dust on the exterior. Overall a decent value for money and hopefully will be much improved after the renovations.

It was an older property, but up kept well. They are in need of some renovations. The elevators are old and felt like they were struggling to open the doors. The room was nice but the bed was not good, needs a new mattress. It’s close to a lot of restaurants and stores which is very convenient and nice. Overall it was an ok stay for a good price in downtown Miami.

Downtown delight

We spent one night downtown after a few days on south beach. It was nice to be back in a real hotel. The staff were amazing and friendly. The door slamming was a bit disturbing. I could also hear the couple in the next room talking. Good water pressure, decent elevator service, a good mattress, euro style linens. Very nice.
