Disliked: Cleanliness
Not as advertised, no A/C, and poor cleanliness/response The listing photos/room shown online did not match the unit we were actually given. The unit we received was materially different from what was advertised. The biggest issue: no working air conditioning. Instead of a functioning A/C system, we were given a portable unit that was extremely loud and produced a strong, unpleasant odor (like fish / burning plastic), making it hard to breathe or sleep. Cleanliness was unacceptable: beds and floors were dirty on arrival. The listing also led us to expect daily housekeeping, but that service was not provided We reported these issues from the first day, but problems were not resolved.
