The hotel room was sparingly cleaned. The carpet was littered with food & other miscellaneous objects. The carpet was soiled & not cleaned. The bathroom floor wasn’t cleaned. The mattress was old & uncomfortable. No padding. I hated my stay here. Not sure how people are reviewing it as a 10/10

Staff was friendly and check in was smooth, but our room had no hot water. We were staying there during a volleyball tournament and we look forward to hot showers. We notified the front desk and they knew about the problem already. This needs to be fixed. We paid the entire weekend for a queen bedroom suite and I would have sacrificed for a smaller room with hot water but nothing was offered in exchange. Will not stay again.

The hotel is dated, but the professionalism and customer service provided by the staff made up for any imperfections of the hotels. The manager and the customer service rep at the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate us. I truly appreciated their service.

We stayed when our flight was cancelled twice due to weather, so it was a stressful time, but the staff were so kind and helpful! We arrived well before check in time, and they went out of their way to get our room ready early. The manager came and checked on us while we were waiting in the lobby. The room and the lobby were very clean. The bed was comfortable. We would definitely recommend the Comfort Suites Kendall, and we would book it again.

The facilities were nice although the whirlpool was not working. The breakfast was delicious and had an assortment of choices each day. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating to all of our requests. 5 out of 5. Thank you.
