It’s has been several day and I still haven’t received my deposit that was required at check in back… when you call to get through the phone hangs up or no is available. I’d like my deposit back .. this is a big inconvenience!!

I was very disappointed with this whole reservation and stay. The environment felt unsafe which is why I asked to cancel my reservation. We could not cancel because we were in the 24 hr cancellation period already. We were placed on the first floor in front of the conference room. When I went into the room, the toilet didn’t flush right and the tub had stains. Also, there were fans in the hallway which I’m assuming to dry the carpet. I asked if we could be switched to another room and was told that we cannot because room service only comes every other day and we had already walked into the room. On Saturday morning, we were awakened by gunshots which terrified my daughter. This is definitely not a place that I would ever stay again.

The eggs and sausage were delicious. Mattress not very firm. Staff very nice and housekeeping excellent. The hotel is hard to find, though, in a location behind a restaurant. Better signage would help. At 6 am, there was a dangerous situation caused by a violent guest with a gun in my hallway. I was terrified. I wish someone on the staff had called my room to check on me and advise. They need to put an emergency response action plan in place to better protect/comfort their guests when something like this happens.
