Basic but clean.

Check in and check out we’re the best parts of our brief stay. Took us an age to find our room as it was in the far reaches of the hidden part of the hotel! Bar area was not a place where I felt comfortable enjoying a drink, areas weren’t cleaned - it had obviously been a busy shift for many of the staff. The room was basic, but clean.

Staff were so helpful and friendly. We had a group of kids from a football team with us and the staff couldnt do enough for them even bringing out a box of toys for them.

Polite staff, v clean and modern rooms that were well equipped for the price. My room was so far from reception - needed to take two separate lifts to get there! Backed onto the sloping entrance to a car park and was very noisy early in the morning with an awful view! So for this reason wouldn’t stay there again.

Stayed here on numerous occasions. Very handy for shopping with great location. Lots of good pubs and Restaurants close by. Easy parking with an entry into hotel from shopping centre car park.
