Absolutely, horrible service

Well, an hour after I checked in next thing, I know my room door opens, and some guy walking in they double booked the same room and then after going out for dinner and drinks, I come back and my room keys don’t work so when I go back down, she says I don’t even have a room at that hotel that I don’t know what I’m talking about after arguing for 30 minutes, I finally get into my room. I booked the room for two nights that way I could sleep all day before returning to work that night. Next thing you know the cleaning lady come barged in. Tell me I need to get my stuff and get out because it’s checkout time and not two hours after that when I get laid back down, some guy barges up in the room with a clipboard in the pin so apparently anybody can just get in these rooms whenever they want to. It was the worst experience I’ve had in Midland Odessa ever

Good for the price

Staff was friendly. Hotel is older. Valet parking is $25. They didn’t take my info down correctly so our car wasn’t there when we called to have it brought. Had to wait for it. Room was average but cozy.

Very clean, but rooms and lobby area are dated. Needs an update. Better get copy of your statement at time you check out rather than by e-mail. My statement they told me they sent via e-mail I should have. Still no statement and I got to have one for expense report.

Upsetting

Checked in first room (7th floor) toilet was running, then had to go all the way back to the front to get a key. Mind you this is a pretty big hotel. Got a different rm key. Go up to the 8th floor the room was not even clean. Its a long walk to the front & i wasnt doing that again. They had to bring me a key. The first & last room also had stains like cups on the top of dresser & night stand like they didnt wipe them off. Bathroom was half clean . Overrall its a nice hotel they just need to do better.
