Everything was good

We loved Black Rock Mountain Resort!! It’s beautiful. Staff is excellent. Katy was so pleasant to deal with when checking in. Room was spotless and bed was so comfortable. Definitely pay for the Mountain View. The pool & hot tub were amazing to be able to use when it was 50 outside with the gorgeous mountains in the background. We were there for our 20th anniversary and they even gave us a nice treat. Top notch for sure!! Will be back❤️

The Staff was friendly. When we entered out room, there was a dirty sock in the main area and a lot of what appeared to be razor stubble in the bathroom sink. Only plug in was a power strip behind the TV that apparently shut off during the night on its own The beds were clean and comfortable For breakfast, we were told when checking in that the breakfast would be next door through the adjoining door in the Lobby. In the morning, even though it was during the breakfast hours we were told, the door was locked. Staff told me they would go through the back and grab us a couple of bagels if we wanted. No

Great place to stay!

This property needs a lot of help. They need more signs to direct people where things are in the hotel. It took us forever just to find our room. They definitely need more lighting in the garage. And the front desk could be a little more attentive and and friendly. We liked our room, but it took forever just to get the TV to come on in for someone to come up and make it work. We really appreciated the shuttle service to Main Street in Park city. The driver was very friendly and very helpful.
