We chose this place because it was one of the cheaper options. We have a family of five. The staff were accommodating and friendly. The location of the hotel is quite good, and convenient. However, there are other factors that will prevent us from staying here again. The breakfast was basic, but the eggs were powdered, and they had cheese mixed in with them. My wife is lactose-intolerant. They also did not have any non-dairy options, such as almond or oat milk. Another issue for us was the transference of noise from surrounding guests. The building seems to lack insulation between floors, making even slight movements from other guests reverberate to surrounding rooms. This made sleep difficult. Again, the hotel is not a bad one, but for our needs we will be looking elsewhere for our next stay.

We stayed in a Jacuzzi suite and it was VERY nice. lots of room and the tub was a true relaxation pleasure. I would pay the extra and get this room again. We have no children. The breakfast was OK, pretty standard food, not great but not bad either. good sized dining area. There was no in room coffee but was not a big problem as dining area was open at 6am. They did have homemade blueberry muffins cake for breakfast and that was not only a surprise but surprisingly good. They allow dogs at this property which I always consider a plus even though we do not travel with ours, I like to see them and I think people who are accommodating of pets are more accommodating of people too. Will definitely stay here again and would recommend without hesitation.

I was questioned twice by an employee if I belonged there or had a room there! Clearly I was asked because of the way I looked, my hair and tattoos. Didn’t bother me until the second time when I was asked in front of about 15 other guests getting breakfast. Will never stay here again!

Had some issues with the facility but the staff were wonderful! Receive a room and the air conditioner worked poorly. Called to front desk to ask for a fan and a staff member had one up to our room within five minutes. The next day the elevator broke. I’m in a wheelchair and was on floor two. Front desk staff quickly found a room on the first floor for me. And that room had air conditioning that worked! Staff was friendly, accommodating, and helpful!

We enjoyed the area. Many restaurants near. The staff was very helpful, and the room was large with a chair and sofa. Mountain View. Negatives-no air in hall and the room was so hot we woke up several times. The sheets didn’t have that nice crisp look which bothered me. The tub looked grimy. We were able to sleep, but the bed was a little lumpy. I liked the place, but the sheets and the heat bothered us.

No air in hall. The real issue is not enough in room. We woke up hot several times in the night. The bed was lumpy, and didn’t have that crisp clean sheet look. Tub looked grimy. The room was a nice size and there was a nice sofa and chair. Would be nice if TV was larger. It was a nice location near many places to eat. Staff was extra nice and helpful.
