The staff at the hotel and restaurant were efficient and knowledgeable. Facility seemed tired and marginal. The rate was competitive but charges came with every service provided. Even the airport shuttle had a charge.

My check in process was easy and the airport shuttle was so great! I am not fluent in Italian but the staff was kind enough to speak in english! I was lucky enough to wake up to church bells in the morning and really enjoyed my brief stay!

Very good stay overall. Only things I'd change is opening the evening restaurant earlier( not everyone likes eating dinner late), lowering the lights in the restaurant ( very bright for evening dining).Great food. Would also open breakfast earlier for those early checkouts.shuttle service was helpful. Would recommend overall
