The property was a hop, skip, and jump from the main train station. I just walked over there with my luggage. Super easy to find. Great A/C. I had a cute small room that was newly renovated, cozy, and comfy. Nice TV and desk area. Great breakfast. Nice staff. Convenient and walkable to all, including Metro which is 5-minute ride to Duomo and all the shops and restaurants there. Great find. Wonderful place for solo or business travellers.

I loved staying at the Hotel Flora! It was the best hotel experience I’ve had in a long time. I don’t believe I’ve ever stayed in a hotel with such EXCELLENT customer service! The staff is AWESOME!! BIG shout out and thanks to Karim for excellent restaurant recommendation and reservation. And, Sebastian…what can I say?!? This guy is the ABSOLUTE best, most friendly, helpful, and personable man you will ever meet ANYWHERE!! GRAZIE Sebastian! You ROCK customer service!! Great location just across the Plaza from Milano Centrale. Super comfortable rooms, beds, pillows. EXCELLENT breakfast! Stay here IF you can get a reservation! Tell Sebastian Denise sent you!!!

Great stay and great location

Overall stay is great, the only thing worth to comment is a bit dust in the corners and windows that triggered a bit of an allergy, deep clean every so often would be good. In general it was clean, bed was nice, breakfast excellent and staff was great. good locations but the issue with the train station pick pockets and the graffities every where this city shall shine and is not the case

Very clean and comfortable

Sergio at Check in was most gracious and helpful throughout my stay. I booked a single room and it was very clean and welcoming. The bedding was perfect and mattress very comfortable. Air conditioning was very effective and quiet. Would definitely stay again.

Good: Location is convenient, check in was quick. Place was clean. Bad: Difficulty sleeping because of thin walls. Neighbours were very loud, talking in the middle of the night. Bed was creaky and bit too firm. Power outage happened as I headed back after a long day out.

An old hotel near the station in need of updating in all areas. Staff were elderly and ignorant, and the surrounding area is very dirty and unsafe, but that’s most of Milan these days to be fair. Would not stay again.

Classic Station Hotel in Milano

Surprisingly good. Room was small and “classic” but the bed was super comfy, the bathroom refreshed, and the location excellent for getting in and out of Milan. The fridge was a nice touch and the AC was also very effective. The hotel reminded me a lot of business hotels in Japan. Only downside was four steps from the street to the lobby. Don’t expect a view, but who is sitting around when in Milan?

The staff are wonderful: the cleaning staff are polite and hospitable; the front desk staff are welcoming, personable, and helpful; and the dining staff are kind and efficient. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed by the people running the show. There was an issue with my reservation (probably my own fault - I don’t know) and I they did not have a one-bed room available. Ultimately, they upgraded my room to a two-bed without issue. I am, still, very grateful for their assist and graciousness. The facilities themselves were good. Clean, solid, comfortable, safe. I had no complaints and would return if I visited Milan again.
