The staff are wonderful: the cleaning staff are polite and hospitable; the front desk staff are welcoming, personable, and helpful; and the dining staff are kind and efficient. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed by the people running the show. There was an issue with my reservation (probably my own fault - I don’t know) and I they did not have a one-bed room available. Ultimately, they upgraded my room to a two-bed without issue. I am, still, very grateful for their assist and graciousness. The facilities themselves were good. Clean, solid, comfortable, safe. I had no complaints and would return if I visited Milan again.

The location is extremely convenient, only 5 minutes walk to Milano Centrale station. Breakfast was excellent - eggs, hams, fresh yogurt, fruit, and a wonderful assortment of cakes and pastries. Service was adequate, if not particularly warm or friendly. Room size was quite small, (especially the bathroom) and could use some updating. Bed wasn't so comfortable and the towels were pretty rough. But overall it was fine, a more affordable option than most, and it suited our need to be close to the train station.

Excellentwifi and breakfast. The “To Go’ breakfast however is awful—processed bread products, no fruit or protein. But the staff are lovely and it’s 5 minute walk to the Central Station. There is a good trattoria just across the street for really nice fish, pasta, pizza.

an easy walk from my Central trolley station. It is across a Plaza from the station and there is a Metro entrance that you can walk through in case it's raining as it was one day while we were at the property. Front desk staff were nice. We were able to store our bags for a few days for a side trip out of town to Venice. Quite a few other hotels in the area along with restaurants across the street and a "Penny" grocery store around the corner for water and other supplies.

I thought everyone was very nice and very helpful but at night I kept hearing a banging. Sound all night And I realize that they are remodeling but never got to my room so I was a little disillusioned how the room looked. But it was very clean and I had a little balcony Which made me Happy
