I had a problem with my room, it wasn’t clean but I talked to manager Liz and she made sure I was moved to a room that was to my liking. There were some paint chipping throughout the room and hotel. They definitely could use some upgrades. It was plenty to do and see because it was right off the strip and off the beach.

This is our 7th year at the Princess. We stayed during COVID when housekeeping services were discontinued. The housekeeping service is still discontinued. Yes if you call for more towels they are delivered but this is an oceanfront hotel. Sand is brought into the room. At least equip the room with a broom and dust pan to sweep up sand!

Not clean and in disrepair

Room given did not match the description on hotels.com (we reserved a king deluxe corner suite but were told no such room exists when we checked in). We ended up getting moved to a double queen room because the ceiling was leaking in the storm and the bathroom ceiling kept rising (see pics). Neither room was clean and the floors of our second room were spongy. However the view was exactly what we wanted. Long story short.... We won't stay at this hotel ever again.
