At night the place feels eerie. Our room was at the very end of a hallway. Room is spacious but need more tidying. What I love is their breakfast food options. Still porbably be an option to stay if we go back in Milton Keynes.
Food was great, staff were very pleasant & couldn't do enough to help. Swimming pool, steam room and sauna were good.

We had a nice room and there was a swimming pool accessible in another building that we could use (bit tatty but fine). When we arrived there was supposed to be a buffet being served and it was advertised as such. However, as there were few guests there we had to order what we wanted so we went out to eat. A fine location, plenty of parking, nice walk immediately from the building. I would stay again.
The staff were mainly ok ( the nicest were in the restaurant) but the room was terrible for asthmatics ! There was something in the room that triggered off my asthma . I had to change rooms and yet still bad . I know it was the room as when I was out of it , I was ok. Another disgusting thing was that the cleaners actually picked off dirty towels and hung them up again . I know this as there were marks on the towel !
Overall it was a good stay. The breakfast was too cold and they ran out scrambled eggs very early in my opinion

The hotel layout is not “standard” - there are separate connected buildings which I now understand are quadrangle in shape (I think) - I got horribly lost, there is conflicting signage and who knows if “reception” and “main entrance” are the same or different. The instructions of “go through here, go left then right” were woefully inadequate. A simple plan/map would have helped no end. I was allocated a room a long walk from reception, didn’t find a lift so had to carry all my stuff up to first floor on open tread steps (the ones with gaps in) When I did eventually find my room it was tiny but I can live with that - after all it is a conference centre not a hotel. whAt I can’t live with is how filthy and stained the carpets in the room were (I have pictures). I’ve stayed in other conference centres around MK and this seems really sub-standard. I won’t be back.

Needed for a 1 night stay. Dining options ain't the best, breakfast was a little meh but the staff were generally nice & room/bathroom was clean enough for a 1 night stay.

Lack of clear signage. Got lost in corridors. Reception staff weren't especially helpful. Needs EV Charging station. Couldn't find switch for wall lights - sign would be helpful.
