We stayed to attend a Milwaukee Brewer game Friday and attend a family graduation party on Saturday. The breakfast was fabulous. Pool Area clean, but always in need of pool towels. Front desk happy to give you some just needed to go get them. Hot tub never really hot just warm. Kids still enjoyed it.

First hint that property isn't well maintained, is the shredded american flag out front ! Got to our room put clothes in closet, then went to dinner, came back later that evening to find all our clothes in closet wet. Informed front desk that there is water dripping from the ceiling in closet, said all they could do was give us another room because no maintance personal were on duty at this time. friday morning got woken up by alarm clock going off in the empty room next to us, called front desk, once again nobody immediately to take care of problem. On saturday, came back to room after being out all day, some in the room was beeping every 30 seconds, thankfully that was fixed within an 1/2 hour. Also could hear kids screaming in the pool area until 10pm each night. Aviator bar and Grill has the slowest bartender I've ever seen. This was the first and last time I will ever stay at a Best Western Hotel !

The room was somewhat cleaned . The knob on the tub was broken. The first night they gave me the wrong remote therefore I couldn’t watch the television to drown the noise from the Poole . It wasn’t a pleasant stay .next time I will get room away from pool area if possible . The staff was friendly though . I will try it again when in Milwaukee. Wasn’t the best but definitely wasn’t the worst .

Our first room smelled strongly of paint. We asked for a room change. Were given another room that had a musky smell in a room by the pool. Our reservation was for 3 adults and 1 kid. Each bed only had three very small flimsy pillows. There was only two washcloths and two towels. I still had the key for the paint room so I grabbed those towels and washcloths, after I went to ask for more at the front desk. The front desk gave me hand towels and said to just use those as washcloths… I checked in online early for our reservation so there is zero reason there shouldn’t have been enough towels/cloths. We got in late and the overnight staff did not seem to have training to help with basic things… will take this hotel off the list for any future visits. I will commend the morning and day crew, they were very helpful but too little too late.

I would say the vibe is great. However, the room service didn't work out. Left several notes to have it cleaned and it wasn't available due to an emergency. Ik emergencies happen but i started asking in the morning so I'm not sure what happened there. I've been here since may 31st and I'm gonna try to get another night so, obviously I'm not picky. I'm just hoping i get some accommodations with this next room..
