The best hotel I have ever stayed for its incredibly and perfectly cleanliness which I think it can definitely be accredited as a 5-star hotel. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Location is very convenience to everywhere. A very happy and enjoyable stay for a holiday.

Everything was great. There was a misunderstanding with housekeeping about the one time I wanted room serviced, but that got straightened out. I wish I'd tried Trocadero earlier. Food and Service seemed pretty good on my last a.m.
