It was okay

Clean and comfortable bed. We stayed 2 nights. The day we checked out they had someone banging on the door for a fire alarm check then said they would come back. Then 15 mins later the fire alarms are going off. So much for being able to sleep in.

Hotel was okay, room was clean and newly renovated. Restaurant was closed for our stay. Easy walk to Summerfest. We used the lot next door to hotel for less expensive parking. There are some great food options close by.

At check in we didn’t get told wear to go for our room. Our toilet didn’t work till early morning of check out Evan after maintenance came to fix it twice. Spider web im the corner by the window. Why would you use a wooden bed frame, bed bugs love wood. Thank god we didn’t have any.

The room was very nice and comfortable, but I don’t appreciate being misled twice about whether or not the bar was open in the evenings while we were there. A lobby bar was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. The welcome text I received upon check in said the bar would be open that night. It wasn’t. We asked at the front desk and the attendant said it would be open the following night. It was not. Don’t advertise a bar if you aren’t going to open it. Again, nice room but don’t lie to me!

The beds are comfortable, the staffis friendly, the rooms are tended to every other day, but I stayed there for five days, and my room was tended to once, four days into my stay, and I had to ask. Very close to downtown.

The establishment was great and clean, the staff was very friendly, but with what it cost us to stay there and to have to pay to park at the hotel was a bit ridiculous, not to mention the $16.00 breakfast that we was told during check in was complimentary was really ridiculous cuz the morning manager made us pay $16 for a coffee because we got it from the breakfast buffet,, I was super pissed about that,, but other than that it was ok

Booked room for a Wedding we were attending. Went to check in at 11:00pm and door key would not work. After 4 attempts ( up and down the elevator) manager finally came up and tried. She was unable to open and informed us there were no rooms available. Terrible experience!
