Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean, room was very clean. I wipe everything down when I get there and I got nothing but clean. Nothing showing on my Lysol wipes after wiping. Location to Brewer stadium and The Forum was about and 15 - 20 min commute but worth it due to location of this hotel in Brookfield. Felt safe all the time. Breakfast was good. Everything was warm and not overcooked. Cheese omelets and sausages was the hot portion. Had all the continental options as well. Definitely will stay there again!! Pool and hot tub looked nice but didn’t get to enjoy them. No time.

We had to leave the hotel one hour after arrival because the room was not handicapp accessible nor did the hotel have anything to put us in. I called ahead to confirm that we would have handicap assessible room and they confirmed that we would be in one. Further, the location of the room had an entrance with stairs, which was not handicap assessible. after telling the staff that we required a refund since we literally had to find a different hotel (30 minutes away), the "captain" said they would refund our money but refused to provide anything to confirm the refund. Everything was very good except the free breakfast we have been staying there for over 20 years and our last stay the breakfast was not good both toasters wouldn’t work and the hot food wasn’t very good
