The room especially the mattress was very comfortable. The furniture was obviously second-hand and used, however. Also, we were told the bar/restaurant was being re-modeled, although there was no obvious remodeling happening. That was fine, however, as we brought our own beverages.

I booked this hotel especially for the restaurant, bar and hot tub, which all were out of use. No update on the website. Asked for more towels on Saturday evening was told they were out, was never brought any, had to ask again on Sunday evening and was given 2. Trash outside multiple times in trash can on the ground. Dirty elevators that were never mopped or cleaned in the 3 nights we were there. Multiple front desk people expressing that they wdre filling in and kind of not their problem. If i could have gotten out of the room with my money i would have left but was locked in so had to stay.Will not plan to stay again.

The front desk employees were helpful, however housekeeping was a mess. Could not get room cleaned for a couple of days when requested. Lack of communication between the staff in whole. Hardly can request towels. I do not plan to stay here again.
