Hotel was not clean, room was not clean, room layout was not set up well for space, overall experience was not good. Plans changed mid trip and I had to check out early but rather than allowing me to check out and refunding the rest of the stay, the hotel and hotels.com reps raised substantial roadblocks to cancelling and refused to work with me.

The outside door didn't close properly so anyone could enter the building. No new towels during my visit. I booked for 5 days but left after 3 days. No offer of refund or credit when i asked to check out early. Unpleasant desk staff.

The property is in serious need of updates. The carpets are stained, the bathrooms are outdated, and the sofas have noticeable marks and wear. I've stayed in budget motels with better upkeep. Overall, I found the condition of the room disappointing and unhygienic.

Upon checking into our room, we found some debris in our bathtub. We called the front desk and right away. A car came up with a key to the room across the hall for us to switch into. However, that room had people's luggage in it. The third room we checked into was clean and nice. No complaints there. The hallways definitely need some work. Paint, rug, etc. looks extremely warm. The staff though was extremely pleasant and helpful.

Rude staff, Kicked out in the middle of the night

Not only was the staff rude but had no care or respect about my partners allergy to wasps. Then upon asking for another room we were disappointed when staff kicked us out in the middle of the night due to "complaining about an unpleasant stay/experience" when we kindly asked about another room due to having an allergy. Unpleasant experience with staff yelling on the room phone and was very unprofessional. I was having a nice time after switching rooms until I answered the phone to hear a staff member yelling at me and telling me I'm getting a refund 3rd party due to my "unpleasant stay". I've stayed here previously and never had a problem until now. They need to teach staff etiquette and manners when talking to guests. Have never experienced this at any other hotel except this one. I will be going back to Hilton hotels

Pictures are deceiving and rooms are dirty.

Dirty hallways, 1st room was dirty, tv did not work, 2nd room smelled terrible, dirty stained bathtub, broken frame above microwave, no picture in the frame, air conditioning did not work properly. Tv remote did not work properly, carpeting left my socks nearly black. Hallway door was always left propped open with a carpet located at its entrance. They do not serve Starbucks coffee but display Starbucks coffee on shelves and have Starbucks coffee at the coffee maker. Food was grossly salty and fake eggs. Ice machine broken. Overall it was miserable but my interaction on the phone with a grown woman was very rude. She did not listen to my request, talked over me and did not care about my concerns. It appears that the entire family lives there and does the so called room cleaning. Would not recommend to anyone.

I’m not sure how this property is open… you can tell it’s one of the Covid-reject properties that lost its flag from a Marriott after Covid. The filth from the carpet, stairways, entrance, missing tiles on ceilings… no. Absolutely NO.

Lovely Stay...

It was a nice stay and the room was clean. The pool was lovely especially for the kids. I had a couple staff members who were not so polite like the rest of the staff. It resulted in my room not being cleaned for 3 days after requesting it but I got a newer staff member who was kind enough take note and help us out.

Decent value for the area

Decent property in convenient location… but slipping. When checking in, was told they service rooms every other day. Even had me initial acknowledge it. Stayed three nights, never serviced. I dont care about bed service, but coffee replacement would be nice. Last guest had a dog… fur everywhere.

Relaxed atmosphere.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly, the music was awesome, the food was pretty good. My only take is if you had a non pork option for some of us that don't eat pork. But rather than that? Everything else was spot on. I also surfaced cleaned before I left. Because the staff work do hard, I wanted to lighten the load in anyway I could for them. I'll definitely come to stay again in the future. 🙂

The room we stayed in had peeling paint in the main sleeping area, over the food/microwave area and in the bathroom both behind and on top of the toilet tank as well as across from the toilet. It was obvious water damage that was never repaired. It wouldn't take much to sand it down and touch it up with paint. I have pictures of the room. I was disappointed with the stay. I stayed there years ago when it was a Mariott and the rooms seemed much more impressive than they are now. Also, their website shows a Whirlpool/hot tub at the pool area - NOT THERE! They do not have a hot tub. The rooms show dividers in the king room with couch, but they are non-existent as well. You should be sued for false advertising. The breakfast was powdered eggs, (not real), sausage and waffles for hot items. The same all three days. No variety. None of the ice machines worked on all three floors. Will not stay there again. The area was convenient to where we needed to be for a family funeral. It seemed safe and was quiet while we were there.

The decor is very nice, but the elevator is inconveniently located and it takes forever to get to your room. The bathroom had two shampoos one conditioner and no body wash, and it had fallen off the shower wall and was resting on the bathtub ledge. We had someone come in to fix it, but he didn’t. The breakfast was OK, but the waffle maker sat on a folding table. It would’ve been OK for one night, but we were there for four. I probably wouldn’t stay there again.
