Definitely lack of staff support. Went to the local grocery store and picked up a salad and some snacks. When I was ready to eat my salad, I realized I didn't have a fork. Went downstairs and asked the clerk. I suppose I could today since the manager isn't here, she would charge you. Seriously!? Aren't you making enough off the rooms!!! Breakfast was cold, I wasn't the only one that noticed. An elderly couple beside me commented. You must have been hungry to eat that cold. Not knowing I had a 4 hours drive ahead of me. So I had to eat and get going. I think my stays are going elsewhere from here on out. This is the 3rd strike.

I just rented a room for one day overnight stay with my grandchildren for the swimming pool. The hotel itself was OK pretty decent for the price. The only complaint I had is the breakfast sucked. It was one of the worst continental breakfast I had experienced! besides that Everything else was OK.

The room was fine and the beds comfy. Our only issue was that no one checked in on us after the power went out. I guess that was just surprising because safety of guests should be top of the list. Once our phones died while we were sleeping, we had no light in the room other than the lightning that woke us up. Then it was just dark. The people in the room next to us were so angry and cussing. It was just uncomfortable and I would have loved someone to offer a flashlight or at least let us know everything is okay. The three times we want to the desk, no on was there. All that being said, beds were comfy and the hotel looked clean and nice. The weather was an anomaly, but maybe some things could be done better next time.

Smell of the hotel was unbearable.

Hello, The hotel had a very strong bad smell in both the rooms and the hallway. my own smell even worse, and my linen did not smell clean. I went to the customer service counter to explain to the staff that the smell was very strong and to go check it please. The staff said he was going to check it. No one ever rejected it. The smell continued, and it was very unbearable. I am requesting a refund due to the uncomfortable stay and no one helping.
