AMAZING STAFF VERY NICE HOTEL

We were there on an unusual basis and we book a double queen room for us and our two toddlers because we were unable to book a suite for the amount of time we needed such short notice unfortunately, the room was not big enough and there is no microwave in the room now there was a microwave literally right down the hallway and we were the closest room to the microwave with two toddlers it just wasn’t gonna be feasible for the next five days, but they were very very accommodating trying to help us get a suite for a couple days and then ultimately refunded the rest of our state even though their policy stated 24 hour notice❤️ staff was amazing very compassionate and sympathetic towards our situation and explained in detail what to do to make sure that I got my refund.Would definitely stay there again!

Room was moderately clean aside from trash behind the beds and what looked like a kid spider ring under a chair. Mini fridge could use some cleaning as well. We enjoyed the tub however our main reason for booking was their laundry services. They only had ONE washer and dryer which lead to us staying up til 1AM trying to do laundry (2 loads). When we finally got our second load in another guest was already attempting to remove our clothes from the washer. I highly recommend the property invest in further coin op machines for the folks who have to do laundry on the weekends.

The hotel has a beautiful lounge and fine dining restaurant. Staff is phenomenal. There’s a indoor water park attached, though I don’t know anything about it.

Beds are uncomfortable and make a lot of noise when you move - they're on sheet metal bases. Room was ok sized, but the cleaning staff did a poor job inside the room. Common areas were fairly clean. Biggest issue is the noise in the halls, we could hear every word of every conversation in the hallway near our room, and prents allowed their kids to run up and down the halls in the evenings and mornings. Very frustrating and hard to get a good nights sleep at this place.

Easy to get to. Large well lit parking lot. Locked entry doors all arpund so you can park close to your room. Clean, comfy beds, large bathroom, nice shower. Pretty courtyard area. View was of pool so no natural light coming in. Friendly staff . Restaurant on site with very good food.
