Only stay if you don’t want to sleep

Absolutely terrible stay. People were cleaning at one in the morning. My sheets were dirty and the room what dusty. The TV didn’t work. I would not recommend staying here. The young lady checking people in clearly didn’t like her job. Some people are charging a deposit and others aren’t. Absolutely disappointed and have reported this to the BBB.

Terrible stay. You owe me money!

I took pictures of the major cleanliness failings of this dump. Disgusting worn out chair. Dirty bath room needs to be completely painted and the shower re-calked. Carpet needs more than vacuming. TV service was not available in the entire place. Complained and was told adjustments would be made. NO ADJUSTMENT WAS MADE UPON CHECKING OUT. LEFT ONE DAY EARLY BECAUSE THE ENTIRE S1TAY THERE WAS TERRIBLE. WILL SEND A LETTER TO YOUR PRESIDENT FOR A REFUND. THIS HOTEL SHOULD.BE CLOSED UNTIL IT IS FIXED!!

When we entered the hotel, we were met with a sign that said they had no TV service available. Then when we made it to our room, the window was open. Somebody had definitely been smoking in it, so assuming housekeeping was trying to air it out. The floors in the hallway were wet and walls were dirty. We contemplated checking out and finding a different hotel, but decided just to leave and only come back to sleep. Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

Plenty of parking, rooms clean, walls etc could use some work. 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, open til 11pm on Friday night. Continental breakfast was eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, cereal, bagels, english muffins, drinks.Basic but good enough. No TV service (they said they were changing providers). Nice outdoor area with seating. Hard to enjoy due to all the people smoking but tissue not the hotel's fault. Convenient location, 25 min from MOA, 20 min from Valley fair. Not fancy by any means but I don't need fancy, just clean!

There was garage all over the outside and inside of this hotel. You can tell they don’t keep up with this facility or maintain it. Pool was closed causing the other pool area to be overpacked. Kids running around screaming in hallways. Carpets and sheets stained. Would not stay here again. The one only positive thing was The Tap House restaurant connected onto it. Great food and service there!
