Both pools were shut down for maintenance that wasnt listed on the website nor notified us about when we called to confirm. First room #144 we tried to open and the door handle just fell off. The attendant at the front desk seemed like she would rather hide in the back room on her phone and could barely give us the time of day. The second room we were given was a joined room which wasnt a big deal until our second night when some noisy neighbors moved in and seemed like they were actually yelling at each other up until 2:30pm. One of my worst experiences at a hotel, will not stay again and will definitely ask specifics on the state of the pool for my future hotel stays.

Not bad hotel.

The rooms are nice and spacious. The tv wasn’t working because the cable was not connected to the wall. I got it to work after using a few tools. Both pools were closed which was a bummer but they gave a like discount for the inconvenience.

Rented a Jacuzzi Room

We rented a jacuzzi room to celebrate our anniversary. The good - Breakfast was different each day we were there & the room was priced well. The not so good - When we arrived there were quite a bit of crumbs on the couch, but aside from that the room appeared clean. And the jacuzzi could use some repair. There were quite a few locations where the finish had chipped etc. It didn't effect the performance, but wasn't visually appealing so we purchased bubbles so we wouldn't be have to see the chips.

Hotel needs some love

Outdated hotel that really shows it's age and lack of maintenance. Uncomfortable beds, stained furniture and carpets ... not the best.

I booked this particular property because it said it had a pool and hot tub. After getting into m6 swimsuit and walking to the pool did i see an obviously old sign that the pool and hottub were closed due to maintenance issues. My room card would not access the pool area. I would have stayed elsewhere for a working hot tub.

Property older with a bad remodel. Up most of the night because people being loud and toilet running. Called front desk to complain, no answer. Made 3 attempts to call about loud people in other rooms and halfway. No answer all 3 times. Breakfast was poor at best. This is a 2 star hotel at best. Dont stay here.
