Had 2 rooms reserved both with a king bed suite with 2 rooms; king bed in one room and pull out couch in the other. The first reserved room: 2 Tvs in one in each room and only 1remote for both. No phone to call front desk. Long hair hanging from towel rack in bathroom stuck in crease of the towel rack. Bed was rock hard. Pillows small and lumpy. Breakfast was not many options available. No extra pillows or bedding for couch. Pulled out couch and bedding was still on the couch not sure if it had been washed or not (usually you will find this in a bag in a drawer or closet) One key would not work 2nd room: Only one tv (no tv in couch area) No bedding at all for the pull out couch Water in shower was cold.

Nice stay in Plymouth mn

It was super easy to check in and out... There was a maroon staying on the carpet looks like maybe wine was spelled previously, part of the window frame was broken, tile was missing into places on the wall, as well as the outlet in the bathroom was broken and didn't work. I of course took pictures because I didn't want to get charged for that and when we left I mentioned it to the woman behind the counter and she said over in the middle of a lot of maintenance. I said okay no problem Just don't want to get charged for these issues that were there before we arrived. She's very kind and totally understood. They said they had vending machines there's one little corner that had items that you could purchase at the front desk which was a nice convenience when we got there late at night. Overalls a decent place very clean, and would totally stay there again.

Ok at best

Lobby and hallways reeked of marijuana when we arrived. Pool and hot tub worked fine. Nice way to relax after a long day. Room conditions were a mixed bag. TV and beds were fine. But cracked plaster and repaired holes all over. Desk, entertainment center, and desk chair were very worn with chips, cracks, and upholstery falling off. Ceiling in the bathroom badly cracked although the water pressure and hot water were unlimited.
