Great stay

This was our second day second stay a month’s time due to a loss of family and having attend funerals. Both times the hotel room was very clean, smelled very good, and the front desk associate was very kind and helpful.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL

Will never stay at this property again, and may not stay at any Country Inn & Suites ever again. Absolutely terrible, horrific service. Had a simple issue in our room that needed to be fixed, told the front desk after the first night. Nothing done. Nothing addressed. Would have taken 2 minutes (and certainly did NOT require a maintenance man to do it). Talked to the front desk (I think it was a manager) at checkout after 2nd night and she barely even looked up from her computer while mumbling a "sorry, maintenance wasn't in yesterday." That's it. Nothing. This hotel was not cleaned well, service was terrible, and while it had a facade of being updated there were plenty of things still wrong with it.

Our air conditioning wasn't working when we first arrived, but the staff were quick to move us to a different room. The rooms seem to have been updated and are nice. Great facilities and a really good price. Breakfast was also really good and lots of options. The staff were great.

This is a nice facility. The only disappointment is with the cleanliness of the room. Specifically, the floor. Entire suite needs to be swept AND scrubbed. Floor was sticky under our sneakers. Visible dust on floor adjacent to the baseboards.
