Hotel was very nice. It’s downtown so busy to get to in rush hour but in good distance to walk to various restaurants. It seems like a trendy area. Parking is quite expensive. We paid $38 a day which is nearly $50 Canadian a day which is insane considering it’s already an expensive stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room must have been missed for house keeping but they came when we mentioned it to the front desk. My husband checked out the fitness center and said it was really nice and had all equipment you would need for a full body workout. It was a nice experience

A+ room. Front desk pointed us in the right direction. Lobby was great for enjoying delicious Spyhouse coffee. Very happy with our stay. Just get better pillows. Otherwise, top notch.

It's ok overall. Nothing unique about it. There are some homeless and drug users around that areas. The hotel lobby is nice but the hotel does not have a microwave or water / refresher in the refrigerator. The sink also stinks!

Hi. The room was not properly cleaned during parts of our stay. A dirty glass left on the fridge, the toilet not cleaned for days. The fact that the only curtains were shear was not good. Upon checkin, we were told we were getting a good view, we got to the room and it was a view of other rooms across from us.
