This is an old hotel. We were a group of 9 rooms. TV’s did not work, tub and bathroom sink took forever to drain, breakfast was so-so, no dishes,silverware, pots and pans in kitchen and sofa bed was terrible. Bed was comfortable. No way this is a 3 or 4 star hotel. Not worth the price they are charging.

Horribly disappointed! Dirty!!

Horrible! Will never stay again! Beds dirty, pull out couch dirty and didn’t work Have to change rooms which was equally disgusting!!! Morning manager did NOT care about our experience!

The entire place was so dirty. Rooms had peeling ceiling, things seemed sticky in room, very limited breakfast options. In conference rooms trash was rarely taken out, bathrooms were not cleaned several days in a row. Overall not a good experience.

This hotel is great except hot water was not available for showers. The water was barely warm enough to be able to take a shower…..and not just on one occasion, but constantly over the three days of our stay.

Well I stayed at this hotel because we rented one of the banquet rooms for my daughter’s grad party $$$. Well I tried to check in at 1:30 so I could get ready for the party. The front desk lady was so rude and said it was not ready ok understandable. Then went back at 2:40 and it still wasn’t ready and she said she had to go upstairs and check and would be back in 15-30 min. Well she finally came back at 3:12 and I was able to check in…late. The party started at 3. The room was barely cleaned. The shower was dirty and had a wet washcloth from the prior guests. I just can’t believe how rude she was. I get it they were short on help but she could have told me that from the start.

The hotel evening/night staff were excellent . Very quick response to our needs - Room was clean but short on supplies .. for bathroom and the kitchen have two forks .. one butter knife .. and one spoon.. dishes seemed to have a film and had to wash everything . No paper towels . Only 4 handicap spaces .. and parking lot over0-run with their wedding activities on the site Saturday night .. children running in and out or their venue to the hotel lobby and running all over outside . Very noisy . There were two wedding groups . Remodel not complete ..
