We are impressed with how generous in size the guests rooms and shared hotel areas are (except the pool). However, I and my accompaning party (two rooms) had difficulty charging our phones in some of the USB ports. The error message we received was due to moisture. We were able to charge the phones at a relatives house with the same cords the following morning. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and are planning on staying again.Thank you!

Warm room cold weather.

The room was clean. The thermostat was confusing at first till we figured out how to shut off the fan. The breakfast was great. The staff was friendly, except because I booked from Hotels.com instead of directly through them, they wouldn't let me change rooms. We were hoping for a King bed instead of two Queens.

I wasn't even allowed to check in. Very rude lady at the front desk. Tryed to kick me out immediately and threatened to call law enforcement. All because I had lost my wallet, didn't have an ID, and was trying to figure out some way to still check in
