The property had virtually no continental breakfast available any of the 3 mornings of our stay. There was no mention of this at check-in or until we arrived at breakfast where nothing was available. They finally put up a note on the third day. Disappointing, as the free breakfast was one of the reasons we booked the hotel.

I have never seen a worse hotel breakfast. They were out of almost everything. Had cereal, but no milk at all. Waffle machines were out of order, there were 4 or 5 areas for rolls, bread, donuts, etc., every single one was empty. It was honestly embarrassing. The lobby smelled very strongly of marijuana as well. The bright side was the pool and hot tub was very nice. I can't believe this hotel was rated a 9.0 on Expedia. It was extremely disappointing for what we paid, especially traveling with 2 young kids.

Terrible. We booked a King, property had kings available but stuck us with 2 queen beds. We requested feather free room in advance due to severe allergy. Was told at check in this was done. Nope. It wasnt. Hotel refused their satisfaction guarantee stating that doesnt apply with a 3rd party booking?! Bad experience

We stayed 2 nights at this property for a little weekend getaway. The room was very clean and the facility was clean as a whole. Parking was not an extra fee which I appreciated and the lot was well lit and plenty of spaces. Breakfast quality was decent- pretty standard but had both hot and cold options including a waffle maker, egg dishes and oatmeal. Staff was very friendly with every interaction including check in, breakfast and check out. I forgot my toothbrush and they gave me one at the desk. The room was a decent size. My main issue was the bed was very firm- I like a firm bed but this was exceptionally firm. The hotel is in the middle of a business park area so some of the nearby restaurants were closed on a weekend- but it was not too far to get to somewhere to eat. Property was easy to get to and was a quick drive to attractions like the MOA.

Third times a charm

Our night started out poorly. The first two rooms we were offered were occupied. The third room was verified unoccupied by the staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was about average. Wish checkout was at noon instead of eleven am.

Reasonable price but a few small problems

The room was clean. If you like a firm bed, you’re in luck. But I’m used to a bed with a firm fitting pillow top, so I wasn’t very comfortable. The sink in the bathroom drained very very slowly. The rest of the room was in very good condition. The elevator had what looked like cracker fragments in the corner of the floor..not removed over our three day stay. We were given $25 off per day because of understaffing problems in the breakfast area…I thought this was a nice gesture. The staff was incredibly friendly and outgoing…a definite positive. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained.

The breakfast in the morning was not good. The one person working the breakfast area, I asked at 9:10am on a Saturday morning if there were any more eggs or potatoes being brought out and he said we are closing soon so I am not making anything. You close in 50mins! That is not soon nor ok. Very unimpressed. Same thing the second morning. Down before 9. No eggs ready, no potatoes ready. Was told to wait (not politely) by the same guy. White kid, blond curly hair. He needs to do better if he is going to work there. I was quite unimpressed by his attitude and the lack of keeping the breakfast area stocked during breakfast time. We are paying for it and expect it to be stocked to enjoy it. I would second guess my decision to stay there again.

The room was good and overall the place was nice. However, when we went down at 9:20am to eat breakfast, there was no food left except for waffles and they were not good. I expected much better and I'm disappointed. If breakfast is offered from 6am-10am, there should be food until 10. I probably won't choose Hampton Inn again.
