There was evidently a water leak that was visible on one of the walls- shouldnt rooms be insoected prior to assignment. This was concerning to me.

The valet situation was incredibly frustrating. I misplaced my receipt after it was handed to me at check in. I do apologize for losing it, but it's unacceptable that it then took 30 minutes for the hotel to locate my car. Shouldn't that information be saved in the computer? How is the receipt the only form of valid documentation to redeem my vehicle? Everything else was really wonderful, but this situation left me with a bad taste in my mouth.

Great hotel, very comfortable beds and for being right downtown it was very quiet! My only complaint is they had no hot water. The shower got up to body temperature at best so not very relaxing, but its very close to concert venues like the armory and good restaurants so I'd reccomend!

Hotel is located next to a very busy police station in an area of town with homeless and other vagrants wandering around after hours. Windows might as well not be there as every bit of the sirens was audible and at a frequency of every 15-30 minutes makes rest impossible. To make matters worse, they require a steep fee for valet parking if you wish to park on the premises. You can opt to park 1-4 blocks away at some ramps and other locations, but with the night life… not advisable. 0 out of 10, stay away!

Tristan the Front Desk Clerk was friendly, helpful. Had a smile on his face the entire time i was at the front counter. I believe he was training someone as well. Individuals such as Tristan is a must.
