My room was lovely, comfy, clean and private. The only issue I had was the carpet in the building was dirty and stained. It made the place seem rough, even though it isn't. So if you stay here, don't worry - the carpet isn't reflective of the cleanliness of the rooms. I only briefly saw the staff but the interaction was lovely. Instructions to get in after hours was super clear and easy. I'd definitely stay here again.

I was very disappointed that the bar next door did not offer meals. The advertising said meals were available and were good. I would not have booked there if I knew we had to walk in the dark to find a place that served European food…my friend is 94…nearly all nearby restaurants were Asian. Not a good aspect to our stay.

Upon our arrival we were greeted with friendly and warming hospitality. Check in went very smooth. It has undercover secured parking for us to parked our car free of charge. Location were great as there is Woolworths and fitness centre nearby.The room was super clean and also the bathroom. Highly recommend to stay here when your are visiting Christchurch

Facilities were all modern and clean, the carpets were very aged and stained, almost need replacing but overall was still clean. The drive into the carparking area was cluttered with bins and there was a door to an outside storage area tgat was unlatched and swinging into the drive. I had to get out and close it as it could have scraped my vehicle driving in. A very tight carpark but great that the vehicle was off the street.

This was a last minute “have to “ after plane returning to Christchurch. But it didn’t have the room service that was advertised on the wotif ad. Very inconvenient for trying to get breakfast etc. because had no coat or brolley.
