My stay at Hilton Gardens Maple Grove

We checked in on Wednesday and checked out on Monday our room was never cleaned because either the cleaning people came to clean at 8:00am or we just missed our cleaning day. Overall the staff was kind and helpful, and the hotel was clean.

Great overnight stay.

A one night getaway with some friends for a local basketball tournament. Location was great. Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Hotel was clean and spacious. If I had any to point out anything negative it would be that there is no hot tub. Not a deal breaker though. Will stay here again for sure.

The hotel itself was nice. However there was a kids basketball team staying there so we didn’t get much sleep as we could hear them running up and down the halls until 1am and then again at 7am in the morning.

Our room was beautiful, spacious and clean. We loved the additional details such as having a keurig, high ceiling, walk in shower with extra bars in the shower to hang wet swimsuits; lots of storage options. Our only complaint is the design to have rooms directly across from the pool entrance. We had a room right across; this was a busy weekend with many families in town for sports tournaments. It was VERY noisy until about 11:30 pm which made going to bed early challenging. We would definitely stay here again but request to be away from the pool entrance.

From a general aesthetic point of view my stay was fine. Unfortunately, I was given several noise complaints despite not actually being loud. Another traveler was seen standing outside our door eavesdropping, which makes the entire ordeal feel racially motivated.
