Overall a good stay, with clean rooms and nice facilities. The front desk staff was ok and the manager always seemed to be in bad mood. Early check-in or late check-out are a no-no, even with the hotel being half full.

A comfortable clean place to stay

It was an excellent stay. I was able to have my dog with me for a minimal extra cost. The beds were very soft and comfortable as was the bedding and pillows. The hotel was clean and the staff were mostly friendly. The pool was smaller than the pictures show you but it was clean and well kept. Breakfast was the usual pre-cooked fare. But you could always go to Perkins next door for a good breakfast. Overall an excellent experience. I will use them the next time I'm in town.

We didn’t end up staying here because our reservation was cancelled when the hotel couldn’t reach me by phone, while my family and I were mid-air on a delayed flight. I attempted to resolve the issue through the online chat, but the virtual agent was unable to help. No one from Expedia followed up or contacted me to fix the situation. Thankfully, another hotel was able to accommodate us for the night.

This hotel is okay but the worst Holiday Inn Express we’ve stayed out and was not worth the price. The rooms are super small and the beds are right next to the door. I heard everyone’s door clicking down the whole hall. If this is the best location for you, it’s an okay hotel. But we won’t be choosing this one again.
