The area around hotel is sketchy. Would not walk around after dark. The people on our floor were VERY noisy.

Nice clean place to rest your head. My hubby and I are spoiled at home with an adjustable bed so unless the sleeping experience can match that, can't give a place 5 stars, but everything else was excellent! The staff we encountered were genuinely friendly and very helpful.

Staff accidentally threw away my friend’s only clothes as he’s displaced due to a fire. The only food he had was what I bought and what was thrown out. He had only sentimental clothes on and a specific type of work shirt. I definitely asked if his things would remain. Staff assured me it would, during the extra nights we added. It was not. It was all tossed out. Management was sorry & did offer a price reduction, but we decided to cut our losses and try something else.
