Kind staff, very helpful. Fast elevators, rooms were amazing. Shower was great, very clean and water was nice and hot. Parking ramp offers early bird special in the morning time and that was very nice. Work out room very clean and modern. Ice machines were easy to locate.

No microwave but amazing otherwise

It was an amazing experience. We were in town for a concert and to celebrate a birthday. Our refrigerator didn’t work and there were no robes in our room upon arrival. I asked the front desk to send up the robes and they did. We didn’t complain about the refrigerator because we had ice from the ice machine. There was a homeless guy smoking in the hallway off the parking ramp but he didn’t bother anyone. Staff was friendly and inviting. Hallways were extremely quiet and housekeeping did amazing cleaning the room and changing linen. The room was very small but intimate. Lots of things to do within walking distance. If you require a room with a microwave this isn’t the hotel for you because they don’t have them. We’d definitely go back again.

The hotel was spotless, and the staff was very accommodating. The rooms were very nice and had enough room for us. The bathroom was nice with a wonderful shower. We were very comfortable during our stay.

We love the Rand Tower. The interior design is gorgeous down to the smallest details. It is always clean and seems to be running smoothly. We've stayed many times and never had a bad experience. Too bad the entire downtown around it is basically dead as a doornail. I miss the days when there was a reason to stay in the downtown. I pray that it will come back someday - so much potential and such a great history.

We loved staying here! There are great dining options nearby- we would have wished that Miaou Miaou and Blondette had better direction on their dining as we felt it wasn't very clear- but ended up at Bar Rufus and had a great time there. We love how unique the hotel is and the history! Parking was pretty clear but could have been better explained on the website- we also had difficulty ordering room service via QR code and the app, and the coffee maker in our room didn't work- other than that we really did love our stay and had a great experience with friendly staff- they even gave us a wine opener when we called down for one!
