Good property. Unfortunately the elevators were out. On 1st day only 1 of 2 elevators were working and it didn't look like there was any repairs happening. On our last day both elevators were out.

Overall good. Right by the mall. Only 2 negative things: the heaters in the room are really loud like tractors and the breakfast finishes early at 9:00 and the staff, although friendly literally run away with the food as fast as they can beginning 10 minutes prior and leave asap. Some people were turned away or barely had time to shove their breakfast down their throats.

We have always stayed at this property but may have to reevaluate as they now charge a $50 pet fee per night. Sad!

I chose a room with jetted tub.I got there was told wrong pic was used on hotels.com. Central air was not on had to get a box fan from front desk.There was clothing left from previous person staying there in dresser drawer so room was not checked when cleaning There were small ants.The staff was top notch. By far best employees and were fantastic at their job.
