Good breakfast, many options, fruit, oranges, hot chocolate plus all the standard options. My room was quiet all night, the TV worked and had numerous channels to pick from. All staff were helpful. Pool was warm and clean. Plenty of towels in the room and by the pool. Great local magazines giving the history, touristy areas, food places and local events.

Staff was friendly and helpful . The room was clean and quiet . The bed was especially comfortable and had great blankets ! The restaurant/bar attached to the hotel had amazing food and was a really cool atmosphere hang out and have a drink . Overall it was a really nice place to stay.

You can’t really describe the raw sewage smell in our first room. The microwave and fridge- filthy. The walls- dirty. The bathroom- same story. The desk- sticky. Fortunately, we were moved to a room that had at least been cleaned. The breakfast room still had eggs on the floor at 6pm. The hallways were gross. But hey, the pool was nice.

The ability to do laundry on site was great. Our microwave quit working and they delivered a new one the next day. Great bed and good shower - facility needs a bit of updating, but all in all it was a great hotel stay.

this was the best stay ever! we are a family of four, and the room with 2 queen beds had a little kitchenette with dishes, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker stovetop. wow! amazing. also, beautifully painted and decorated. there is a courtyard with tables and chairs, and a BBQ as well. very close to yellowstone so you can travel there for sightseeing during the day. i can't rate this property high enough!

If you have another option, I suggest taking it.

Good: Service was overall good, as was the location. Pool area was nice. Not good - the beds and pillows were rock hard. Cleanliness was iffy (found a contact that was not my wife’s in our bathroom sink). Hotel is dated. Microwave and the drain stopper to have a bath both did not work properly. Tried to use the pool but there 40 kids in the smallish pool with the parents ignoring them (I know, not the hotel’s fault, but have a cap on how many at a time?) both of my boys got trampled in the pool and a toddler had to be saved from drowning by an adult because the parents were too busy talking amongst themselves to keep an eye on the child. Breakfast options were sparse, especially for the packed hotel.

there were too many people smoking in an area where there was food being served we are non smokers and it is very offensive to have to sit in an area where people are smoking missoula is a nonsmoking city (in public) you need to enforce this policy..

The room was dirty. The bed looked like it had already been slept in with hair in the sheets, toothpaste all over the beer like whoever cleaned it had no cares about what the room look like had to get sheets to remake the bed ourselves, so we could sleep in it
