The front desk staff were amazing. The breakfast was typical continental fare The housekeeping was abysmal. We stayed 9 days asked for cleaning, every other day. Twice it was ignored and eventually I had to go speak to the front desk. When housekeeping finally showed up, they emptied the trash and left clean towels but did not actually clean the room or the bathroom. It was very disappointing.

Spent two nights - it was quite and acceptable. There were a few mechanical issue with the (dripping faucet, toilet flapper leaked (so the tank was refilling by itself), and the air handling unit was fluttering at night (so it was annoyin). Location is good, and the staff were helpful.

Basically, everything started out very well. Then, the last two days we did NOT have any room service. They said they were too busy to get to all of the rooms. We did not get new linen or any cleaning done the last two days. I did pick up the towels, etc., but there was no other cleaning service for the last two days.
