Comfortable, Clean, and Convenient

We had a great time at this property. It was clean, comfortable, and just like the listing described. The house was actually more spacious than we expected, which made it easy for everyone to relax and have their own space.It ended up being a great home base for our daily activities in Moab. It was close enough to everything we wanted to do, but still quiet and peaceful in the evenings. Check-in was easy, and communication with the host was smooth.We’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a solid, comfortable place while exploring the area.

There was plenty of space in the apartment. Having 2 bathrooms with 3 adults was fantastic! The location was great. Liked being out of the downtown area but close enough to have dinner options. About 15min to Arches (due to speed limits). Would stay here again!

Fantastic property and wonderful communication made this a great stay. Lots of towels and soap was great too. We were only 2 people in our group and this property easily can hold 4-6 comfortably and we didn't even use the 3rd bedroom. Loved it and will plan to return again !!! Thanks

We were a group of five adults, including 2 couples. The Queen BR is a tight space. The upstairs neighbors and their dog could easily be heard moving about. Otherwise, the location is terrific, just south of Moab and the appliances all worked well.

Moab stay

We enjoyed everything about our stay at this condo. The place was very clean and well located. It had plenty of towels and fully stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely stay again. Also, we had a slight problem with the internet connection in the beginning of our stay and the house owner Ken, was very quick to resolve the issue.

I was in town for a work trip. The place perfectly suited my needs but needs some maintenance. Primary bathroom tub doesn't drain well, bathroom exhaust fan doesn't work, and sometimes ants found their way into the kitchen/bathroom.

Great!!!

Condo was awesome, well equipped and had more space than we even needed. Location was close to town and convenient to restaurants, National Parks and any necessities. Ken was responsive to my questions and had some good ideas regarding activities And hiking trails. This was the perfect vacation! Lots of opportunities for activities as well as relaxation in the pool/hot tub or in the condo!

Nice condo - although wifi very slow

This is a nice condo very close to the Arches and Canyonlands. Everything is as described except two things - one is we could not use the pool and jacuzzi because the key was lost. We did not get a response for the entire stay when I let the owner know the key was not there right after we checked in. The other was the wifi was super slow if it existed at all. We ended up using our own LTE but it only had one or two bars.

Great place!

This is a great place to stay in Moab. Very spacious condo on the first floor (no stairs for my mom!). We had everything we needed and it was also a very convenient to downtown and the National Parks. The host was very nice and communicative. We would stay here again.

Nice Property

This unit worked very well for us as we visited the National Parks. It was very roomy, homey, comfortable and well-equipped. The host was so responsive! We enjoyed Moab Brewery for craft beer and good food!
