The receptionist at the front desk this morning was very rude and disrespectful. She was giving me a hard time checking in and I didn’t have a hard time checking in the night before with the young lady at the desk but this morning Nat is her name she does not know how to talk to guest and she does not know how to ask the right information that she needs so she would be able to check me in. I mistakenly left my ID in my room and she wanted to know the name on the room and I told her my name and she tells me that she would need my ID she proceeds to ask me for a Costco card or a photo picture with my name on itand I continue to tell her that my ID is in my room so for me to be able to do anything i would need you to unlock the key that I have so that I will be able to go retrieve it and bring it back so it’ll be easier for you to check me in. She gave me the biggest attitude which was very unnecessary. I had all the information she needed, but she did not ask for a correctly. And I can’t say that I didn’t raise my voice cause after a while. I did get irritated, but when you talk to people with respect, you will receive respect back. Yes you’re gonna meet a lot of people from our walks of life that doesn’t mean you can treat or talk to them any type of way because you see that they’re different

The hotel and the room were very clean. The bed was super comfortable. I was unaware that in order to get a fridge and microwave you had to pay for a delux room and that the only breakfast is served to Tour bus people.
