Smart boutique hotel central to the town, beaches, museum and train station but what makes this hotel quite special are the staff. Every one of them were fantastic from reception to the staff who cleaned our room everyday and the staff who served breakfast.

Very comfortable hotel in lovely town

Excellent place to stay. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Modern amenities. Comfortable. Has an elevator for accessibility. Many restaurants and cafes close by. About 15 min walk from train station. Hope to come back!

Staff were wonderful and very helpful. Hotel was also very clean, modern and centrally located in the old town. We had such an amazing stay! Highly recommend Hotel Gabriel if you are staying in Menton.

Good communication prior to arrival, when it looked as though I was going to be checking in much later than expected. Very friendly welcome (Jora) and check-out. Excellent buffet breakfast - very attentive service. Room had two balconies and, unlike other hotels I have stayed in recently, the towel rail wasn’t switched off to prevent guests from using it (handy when Interrailing for drying clothes washed on-the-go. No problems leaving luggage after check-out for collection later in the day.

Just what I wanted

I loved the way we were greeted by the staff. They were warm and helpful and consistently throughout our stay. The hotel is small, clean, and perfectly situated for exploring Menton. The buffet breakfast was really good with a lot of choices. The only complaint I would have is the bed had an uncomfortable bump in the middle. Otherwise my stay was perfect and when I return to Menton I will definitely stay there.

Kan virkelig anbefales! Vi tilbrakte 4 netter her. Veldig hyggelig personalet og rom. Stort pluss for god aircondition og vifte i taket. Det var tent og ryddig med en koselig balkong med utsikt. Vi fikk gratis kaldt vann i resepsjonen som er døgnåpen. Alt i alt et veldig fint hotell!
