Desde o inicio da negociação até o check out ótimo atendimento do Gustavo da Lola e da Eduarda. A acomodação é bem bonita, precisa apenas tomar cuidado com o chão que é bastante escorregadio.

Bem localizado mas peca na logistica.

Hotel é bem localizado, mas peca na logistica das coisas: 1.) Cobraram minha diária 11 dias antes do combinado (eu havia escolhido pagar no hotel e me cobraram antes de finalizar o periodo de carencia) 2.) Hotel estava vazio e me puseram em um quarto com vista pra parede, no 2o andar (nao tem elevadores) 3.) O Frigobar nao tem nada. Nao havia agua nos quartos. Descobri na hora de dormir quando nao havia mais onde comprar.

Piscina fria e longe dos quartos.

O hotel e bonito e limpo ,mais a piscina no primeiro dia estava fria e os funcionários falando que estava 30graus. Enfim no outro dia a piscina como havia sido ligada no sábado estava quente.Se eles tivessem mais consideração teriam ligado antes da chegada dos hóspedes e não quando o hóspede chegam.Ficamos decepcionados pois nós como várias pessoas fomos a este hotel pela piscina. Outro porém e a piscina ser longe do hotel , Aí vc sai com o corpo quente e anda pelo jardim gelado a noite p seu quarto.

Decepção !

Viajamos com amigos - 4 casais e fizemos o mesmo tipo de reserva e preço. Meu marido e eu ficamos em um chalé bem inferior ao dos meus amigos e pagamos o mesmo valor. Pedi desconto na Recepção e a atendente informou que eles colocam os hóspedes onde tem lugar ! Argumentei sobre a diferença de instalação e ela comentou que não podia fazer nada e nem dar desconto. Um absurdo ! Fizemos reserva em junho/2019. Ficamos muito decepcionados e não confiamos nesse hotel ! Pagamos caríssimo por uma instalação abaixo do standard ! Lamentável !
