Everything!! I got here right before the hurricane and let me tell you the staff has still gone above and beyond to make sure all needs are met!! With all the personal trials and tribulations the staff has still been A1 and the corporate office has been beyond accommodating!! 1000 out of 10 highly recommend will definitely be back again!!!!

I have so many positive things I can say about this place and the staff. The staff has been so incredible during this tough time in Jamaica. Taking care of me and being away from their families. I’m really appreciative of everyone here doing their best after a category 5 hurricane. I said I wouldn’t come back to Jamaica ever again but I will definitely be back at the Hyatt zilara in a few years. I hope Jamaica can rebuild and citizens can get back to their lives soon. I’m sad for this island but the hospitality from everyone is top tier.

First room shower handle kept falling off. First night was great entertainment at the “club”. My son woke up next day with some bites on his back. Thought mosquitos got to him. This day we had booked an excursion through the vendors they offer at the hotel. More bites the next day down the side of his back and legs. I reported it to the hotel and they changed our room. They also gave him medicine, Benadryl and a steroid.

We paid for the Adult side but most restaurants are on family friend side. Food was blah. They don’t switch out or stir to keep food looking fresh. Ice machine was broke on our floor. Rooms took to long to get cleaned. Restaurants and bars to spaced out felt like I was on a marathon. Gym was very nice. Courtney, Nicholas and Nicholai in the bar and dining area was very attentive and friendly. It was under construction

The hotel it self and common areas like pool and beach areas and restaurants were great but the room its self and hallways leading to rooms were dirty. Rug in hallways looked like it needed to be cleaned badly. My room which was a swim up room smelled musty. There was hair in the shower, the chairs in room were stained. I was greatly disappointed in the cleanliness and presentation of the room. As for the remainder of the hotel it was beautiful. The service is great. Everyone is very kind. Food and drinks also very good. I am not sure i would return to this resort due to cleanliness of it.

This visit was so very important for my husband and I as it doubled as a surprise Birthday trip and our anniversary getaway. And the staff didn’t miss a beat. They were kind, discreet with each surprise planned and extremely on point not to mention super hospitable. And the rooms surpassed all expectations especially when it came to cleanliness. The food at each restaurant was amazing. The drinks kept flowing and the lounge at night was an excellent place to vibe at or turn up. Also get the spa experience it is a true experience Tenisha has healing hands. Hands down one of our best resort experiences. My husband isn’t a fan of repeat trips, but he expressed more than once that he wants to come to the Hyatt Zilara Montego Bay AGAIN. So that says a lot about our experience.

Perfect 💯

Amazing resort all the way around. Clean, friendly, and the perfect for enjoying a grown anniversary. The gym was my favorite part of the resort and they delivered on the variety of plant-based selections. I had so many options and all were delicious.

The pool side Music Disco style heavy bass over tracked with repetative and very loud bass continuosly played from 9am to 5pm, with no escape! Not the best entertainment for the majority demographic of the resort guests.

We have been to four other Hyatt all-inclusive resorts and this one was a disappointment. The dinning was limited, the buffet was not like the other Hyatts. The maid service was fair…multiple calls to get it right. The staff at other properties are more attentive.

Let me start by saying that the resort itself is beautiful and has wonderful potential. However, my recent stay was unfortunately filled with several serious issues that caused major inconvenience and concern for my safety. First, there was a ceiling leak directly over my bed, followed by finding roaches in my room. I then had to repack and move all my belongings, only to discover that the new room assigned to me had no functioning air conditioning. On top of that, there was flooding throughout in our building, forcing guest and myself to use the stairs. During this time, I slipped on the wet stairs and almost fell, which was very alarming and unsafe. Because of all these issues, I had to cancel my excursion not once but twice. Despite these repeated problems, I was assured by management that I would be refunded for the two affected days. However, I have still not received any confirmation email or refund as promised. I am requesting an immediate update and prompt processing of the refund. Given the level of inconvenience and safety risks involved, I believe this is a fair and necessary resolution. Please confirm when I can expect to receive the refund.
