I only got my bed made ONCE during my whole stay. I had to get beach towels to use after a shower because I never got new and clean towels. My trash was never taken out and my towels began to pile up on the floor due to slow room service

Absolutely great.

It was such a pleasure staying here with our family and other relatives. We had the most amazing servers and other staff. At dinner we had Atasha and Sandra, on the beach we had Renaldo as our Cabana Butler, at Calypzo Sharlene and Shantel and Trisanne were spectacular. At the front desk, Kimberly was just awesome. Duty Manager Paul was super helpful and accommodating. We will surely return to this property and are truly appreciative of everything and everyone that made this trip memorable.

I’m not happy with the property my daughter was supposed to come with me, bust she was electrocute by lighting through her working computer, her job is the location where the incident took place, she couldn’t join me on the trip and she didn’t come on the resort. When ask for an emergency refund I was denied. This place has a lot of visitors throughout the years and they couldn’t refund my daughter who battling healing out of work in the process. My whole family come there every year but I will make sure we never choice this establishment that don’t care about their customers.

I was very disappointed with this property. I have been to many all inclusive resorts and this was by far the worst one. Would not recommend to anyone. What is advertised online is not even remotely close to the condition of this resort. It is severely outdated. Rooms are dark and depressing, not nearly as many bars and restaurants as they claim to have, and the female workers are very rude. The food is stale and not great. Only one or two good places to eat. Will never be coming back.

The Ziva/Zilara is an amazing property with beautiful beaches, stunning pools, and lush greenery. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the grounds are kept spotless. There are plenty of dining options, but unfortunately, the flavors felt muted, clearly catering to certain palates. We tried both reserved and buffet dining, and while the food was decent, it took away from the overall experience. That said, the staff went above and beyond especially since we were celebrating an anniversary and made sure the occasion felt truly special.

Staff was great, room sub par cushions stained on couch, slightly musty smelling which is strange since the common hallways and bathrooms all have scent dispensers pumping a nice floral scent into the area why not the rooms? Outlet cover in bathroom not secure, carpets in hallways are very worn dirty and stained also the Limestone walkways and pool decks are dangerous saw numerous people slip and fall most in shoes….Swim up room was next to walkway to building zero privacy, cigarette butts in planter, rooms are very noisy not comfortable.. Beach was so so and the pools were clean and clear the entire week didn’t use swim up pool to our room once due to privacy waste of an upgrade since there was zero privacy… Overall the Resort shows a lot of wear and tear rooms definitely need to be updated….I would not stay at the Hyatt Zilara again will book with a more modern resort next year…

Beautiful facilities and some fantastic employees. The ladies at the spa were wonderful, Tyare our server at Di Roza and Chantel at Calypzo were fantastic and very hospitable. Other than that, I’m not saying the employees were rude but as someone whose been to Jamaica numerous time, the hospitality you look for in a high end inclusive resort wasn’t there. In a 5 day and 4 night stay, Not once did a server by the beach and pool ask if we needed anything and the one we called over one day avoided eye contact and continued to service others. In addition, some of the wait staff at bars and restaurants were very noncholant and too many times ran out of things. Like why does the island vibes pool run out of mango by 3pm everyday? Just stock more in the morning. The Ziva side certainly has the better and more hospitable staff but we stood on the Zilara end. Little things go a long way, like robes, bubbles for the tub.. we had a swim up room and oftentimes had to ensure we had the things we needed to enjoy, including getting out the water (pools don’t connect) to be able to get drinks, but others certainly had workers coming over to them. It left more to be desired despite me really loving the facilities and some of the workers.
