It was an amazing 5 days and 4 nights at the RIU Palace Jamaica. Other than a checking in issue, everything else was perfect! There so many activities and events going on all day and night. We also had access to RIU Reggae and RIU Montego Bay. Housekeeping came every morning and cleaned our rooms, we had the same severs for breakfast lunch and dinner (Dr. Phil and Audliy). The food was amazing! They had a variety of choices daily, Jamaican, fruits (including local), Sushi, desserts, ice cream, breads, salads, charcuterie, American, Italian, fresh cooking egg station, mimosas, bougie coffee. Mr. Grant checked on us every day to ensure we were having a great experience. Pool parties (Winston) and foam parties every day with the best crew (Gensis, Astro, and Sting Bean). Silent disco, live bands, Bingo, Face Painting, All White parties with its own showZ, with our favorite bartenders (Archer and Oral). All of the other guest were so friendly, most of us participated in the beach and pool activities; basketball, Olympics, pool workouts (dancing), and line dances! We walked across the street to one of the local malls where we could shop and do some sightseeing. Convenient pick up and drop. Off from the airport to the hotel. We would definitely recommend and go back ourselves! 5☆

Too many rules. Most of the staff is angry, pushy, and rude. The hotel rooms were of low quality. The buffet and food was medium to poor. There were flys all over the food.

Very disappointed to see the bar pool closed for two and a half days. The second pool was also closed for couple of days, and construction was also going on throughout my trip. We had the option to go to the bar pool in the two Riu next door, but the place was packed. Entertainment was of non existent. We had the option to go to the Riu next door for evening entertainment but was too crowded. Comparing to my previous stay at Riu Palace, this location did not resemble my experience with the other 6 locations I stayed in past years. Food was far less than expected, specifically the buffet. The cook should wear gloves while handling raw meat. The Italian restaurant and the steak house were very good. Room service was good. The beach was clean all the time. Disappointed!

I love everything about the Palace. The staff is very well mannered and hospitable. I enjoyed my 5 day vacation and can’t wait to be back. Jamaica is a different kind of love and especially at the Palace. God Bless

I would have preferred that the toilet in the bathroom was bigger and it should have a vent. That area was a little too small. Other than that, it was perfect.

Shout out to the entertainment team! They were amazing; so much energy, laughs and dancing every single day! Highly recommend doing AquaFit too! Everyone at the resort was so nice and helpful. Private beach with security guards all day and evening - we felt very safe. Close to the airport. Lots of food and drink options.
