Excelente atención en recepción, solo un detalle, yo reservé habitación con 2 camas y me asignaron con una cama. El aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido aún en nivel de aire bajo. El servicio de desayuno muy bien, también el servicio de traslado aeropuerto-hotel. Muchas gracias!!

The Hotel is in okay conditions. One of the big issue here is the the language barrier, there is no one who speak English here, to me it’s like you have to an a Spanish to feel welcome. I have to use google translate to communicate. To my opinion this is a hotel and travelers around the world could come here so language should not be a problem. One thing I liked about the hotel is that they have a free shuttle to the Airport that’s very good, and they also have breakfast included from 6am to 10am that’s also good. The air conditioning is not as cold as you would prefer it is set to 20 degrees Celsius and it a van no cold.

When I called the hotel, I was told that the shuttle from the airport to the hotel starts at 5:00 pm yet it operates 24/7 from the hotel. It was scorching hot to be waiting outside for an hour, so I took a taxi. I selected this hotel for the proximity to the airport and the transportation. I didn’t plan to pay extra for a taxi. If I knew, I would have stayed elsewhere.
